UNKLE’s James Lavelle saw Radkey play their début London show at The Camden Barfly last year, booked the band as part of the Meltdown Festival that he is curating, and has now picked out their ‘Romance Dawn‘ single for the UNKLE treatment.
Lavelle had the following to say about picking out Radkey’s ‘Romance Dawn‘ for reconstruction:
Having not done an UNKLE remix for some time, Radkey’s ‘Romance Dawn’ seemed like the perfect track to come back with. This band have endless energy and excitement and you can’t buy that shit!

Having previously developed multi-platform titles such as Painkiller: Hell & Damnation and Deadfall Adventures, Polish video games developer The Farm 51 is currently now working on Get Even, a game that is all set to utilise virtual reality devices.
Seeking to blur the boundaries between multiplayer and solo missions, Get Even will make use of virtual reality concepts in order to help further break new ground.
The Farm 51 CEO/Lead Designer Wojtek Pazdur had the following to say about the game:
The global reaction to Get Even’s January announcement was a welcome surprise for us. Now, as part of the new Greenlight campaign, it is time to share more details. In The Farm 51 we think of a video game world as an alternate reality, not that of an interactive movie. Pennsylvanian pop-punk band Handguns will release new full length album ‘Life Lessons‘ via Pure Noise Records on July 7th, and the band has now made a track from the album available for streaming in the form of ‘Heart Vs. Head‘.
Handguns are currently on the A Love Like Tour with All Time Low and Man Overboard in the USA, a tour which is set to wrap up at the beginning of May.

Having grown up skateboarding with Lakai team rider Nakel Smith in Los Angeles, Earl Sweatshirt of the Los Angeles based hip hop collective Odd Future is now to collaborate with Lakai Limited Footwear as the Lakai Camby shoe is to be released in four different Odd Future inspired colourways.
The design theme centres around the stripe pattern found in Odd Future’s iconic ‘Doughnut’ graphic, and coming from a skateboarding background Earl wanted at least one pair in the series to be suitable for skateboarding, so there are two all-canvas colours and two all-suede colours.
The shoes will be released in the next two weeks to UK skate shops, and in addition to this there will also be a series of t-shirts, hoodies, socks and bucket hats.

Deafheaven will begin a world tour at the end of April, stretching out into mid August when they will finish up in Dublin, Ireland. The band only recently closed out a 41-show North American tour, they’re hitting the road again soon though and will then have a pretty hectic schedule right through until the beginning of July when they will then have a several week break before heading out to Europe.
