Prepare for Titanfall on Xbox 360

April 10, 2014 by Rich Leave a Comment

Titanfall Beta

Having been released for PC/Xbox One just under a month ago, Titanfall will officially launch for the Xbox 360 in the UK tomorrow, ported to the popular console by Bluepoint Games.

With the Xbox 360 version there will be an option to cap the game at 30fps, or alternatively the game can be left uncapped allowing the game to run above 30fps, although this will then leave the game open to screen tears, varying controller response, and frame rate drops that may impact upon the user experience.

For those yet to invest in an Xbox One/those that don’t own a powerful enough PC to play the game, this Xbox 360 Titanfall port now provides a fantastic alternative for the masses, a chance to engage in the Titanfall console experience without having to splash out on an expensive new piece of kit. The game is obviously still best experienced on an Xbox One/high-end PC, the response to Bluepoint Games’ Titanfall port has so far been incredibly positive, however, with the game having now been opened up to a far larger audience.
