Minus The Bear

Originally recorded around the time of their 2007 studio album ‘Planet of Ice‘, ‘Cat Calls & Ill Means’ has now been remastered for the bands’ new rarities collection and made available for streaming.

‘Planet of Ice‘ is officially due for release via Big Scary Monsters on October 6th and you can take a listen to ‘Cat Calls & Ill Means’ below.

Minus The Bear will release a new LP via Big Scary Monsters on October 6th in the form of ‘Lost Loves‘, featuring rare tracks that weren’t included for whatever reason on ‘Planet of Ice‘, ‘OMNI‘ and ‘Infinity Overhead‘.

Bassist Cory Murchy had the following to say about the new album and the decision to put these songs together as a collection:

Inevitably some of your favourite songs are going to be cut in the necessity of creating the right sequence for that particular time. Regardless of the reason they weren’t included, it wasn’t for lack of love and appreciation of the songs themselves. Perhaps it’s because they didn’t make the past albums that they fit so seamlessly together.
