Since releasing their debut EP ‘Moving Home’ and selling out of the first print within the UK, Moose Blood is a band that has come a very long way. With some huge support slots under their belts already with the likes of Broadway Calls, Palma Violets, and Gnarwolves, Moose Blood is a band showing absolutely no sign of slowing up.
On the 21st April 2013 Moose Blood will be releasing their double A-Side single ‘Boston//Orlando’ through Fist in the Air Records (Physical) and Gallows’ label Venn Records (digital), on a special 8” Vinyl.
Moose Blood have already proved themselves as one of the bands to watch in 2013 and continue to deliver with this brilliant new double A-Side. ‘Boston//Orlando‘ brings together two tracks full of emotion as the band deals with the issues of relationships and sex, continuing to write heartfelt emo that few bands have done this well for years. The band shows a massive development since debut EP ‘Moving Home’, and with more releases scheduled for the summer and plenty of touring across the UK and Europe in the works, 2013 is proving to be a huge year for Moose Blood.

Following on from a six year hiatus, Eskimo Dance returned to entertain the masses in 2012, with four sellout dates spread across the year saw the event jump straight back to the top. After three incredibly successful London dates, the Eskimo Dance team decided to spread the ultimate Grime experience to the Midlands, holding the last of the 2012 events in Leicester’s O2 Academy.
After the huge success of the four UK based events in 2012, Eskimo Dance will now for the first time be heading for Ayia Napa on July 16th 2013, when you can expect big names, guest appearances, performances of tracks, and crazy freestyle sessions. The event will be an all-dayer in the sun, with an incredible after party for all those that can handle it.
There’ll be a huge line up packed full of some of the best names that the grime scene has to offer, all ready to give you the finest at 140bpm. Attractions on the day also include professional dancers, photography, multiple giveaways, competitions, and much, much more.

With ‘Save Rock and Roll‘ now only one week away from its official release, Fall Out Boy have now very kindly made the album available for streaming and fans can therefore get to hear all the new material from the band, and experience their collaborations with such artists as Courtney Love and Elton John.

Mordecai will release their debut album ‘Undaunted’ on May 31st 2013, and the band has also now been confirmed for Download Festival 2013.
Having previously supported the likes of Black Light Burns, Breed 77, Fightstar, Godsized, and Fei Comodo, the band will now be able to bring their great brand of hard rock music to the Download crowd in 2013, and no doubt earn themselves a few new fans in the process.

Official video for the Mask of Judas track, ‘Axis‘, the title track taken from the band’s mini-album due for release on April 29th 2013. Mask of Judas is a female fronted metal band from Sussex in the UK.
It was recently 19 years since Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain committed suicide, and if you were as saddened by this as we were at Alt-UK then you’ll no doubt have an appreciation for this track from the UK based Cable35, a band with a very clear Nirvana influence. The band directed and edited the video for ‘Rental Sunshine‘ themselves, and the track can currently be downloaded completely for free from the Cable35 website.

Bolton based noise-makers To The Bones will be hitting the road in April/May, taking in a number of different venues throughout the UK.
The band has in the past toured with the likes of The Eighties Matchbox B-line Disaster, The Eagles of Death Metal, Dinosaur Pile Up, and Oceansize, and this latest tour from the band will provide an excellent chance to see them live in action again, or to experience it for the first time if you’ve not already done so.
The tour coincides with the band’s release of the ‘Emperor’s Ride‘ single on April 22nd, and a full list of the venues that you’ll be able to catch To The Bones at is as follows:
