Rise Records sign Defeat The Low

May 2, 2014 by Rich Leave a Comment

Defeat The Low

Hailing from Portland, Oregon, Defeat The Low have officially signed with Rise Records and will release their début album via the label later this year.

To celebrate the signing, Defeat The Low’s ‘Turn To Hate‘ has now been made available for streaming on YouTube. ‘Turn To Hate‘ has been self-produced by the band, and they did in fact self-record their forthcoming album at Rain City Studios in Portland, Oregon with lead guitarist Ryan Furlott at the helm.

Defeat The Low’s Chris Huaraque had the following to say about signing to Rise Records:

Defeat The Low is extremely excited to announce our signing with Rise Records! We couldn’t be more stoked to release our début album with such tremendous support behind us. This collection of our first songs written together as a group is emotionally charged and straight to the point. Defeat The Low aims to be as enthralling as it is familiar.
