Ash and Pikachu’s Final Chapter is Coming in 2023

After 25 years together, competing to be the very best, Ash Ketchum and Pikachu’s journey is now set to come to an end, with the Pokémon Company announcing that their final chapter will soon be airing in Japan, starting on January 13th 2023.

A brand new Pokémon animated series will now be coming in 2023 once Ash and Pikachu’s final chapter has concluded, following the new dual protagonists of Liko and Roy and featuring the three Paldea starters from Pokémon Scarlet/Violet : Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly.

Ash and Pikachu’s final season will consist of a total of 11 episodes, celebrating their fantastic partnership, their various achievements, and revisiting some of the fan favourite Pokémon and characters that they’ve met along the way.

The Bugatti Centodieci is coming to Rocket League

Rocket League developer Psyonix has just announced a collaboration with Bugatti, with the Bugatti Centodiec set to become available in the game on December 19th.

With just 10 Bugatti Centodieci vehicles available in real life, this will be one of the most exclusive real world cars available in Rocket League, and whilst the real thing will set you back about $8 million; the Bugatti Centodieci Bundle will be available in-game for 1100 Credits.

The Bugatti Centodieci Bundle will be available within the Item Shop and will feature the Bugatti Centodieci car, Bugatti Centodieci Engine Audio, Bugatti Centodieci Wheels, Noire Decal, and Bugatti Centodieci Player Banner.

Century: Age of Ashes – The Last Bastion PvE Event Now Live

A new event has now gone live in free-to-play dragon shooter Century: Age of Ashes, a time-limited event that will run from December 15th 2022 until January 18th 2023.

Bowser Jr. and Birdo Arrive in Mario Strikers: Battle League

Version 1.3.0 of Mario Strikers: Battle League is now here, providing access to two new characters in the form of Bowser Jr. and Birdo.

A new stadium has also been added to the game in Urban Rooftop, a new shellfish helmet has been introduced, and there have also been some general quality of life updates in order to improve upon the overall gaming experience.

Mario Strikers: Battle League originally released back in June, this is now the third free update to have been implemented and it’s available now for the Nintendo Switch.

New Trailer Revealed for SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake

SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake will officially be released on January 31st 2023 for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, and a brand new trailer for the game has now been revealed, showing off some of the boss fights in the game as SpongeBob is forced to battle it out against various familiar faces from the show.

The likes of Mr. Krabs, Sandy Cheeks and Gary will all feature in the game as bosses, the in-game soundtrack is set to include 101 songs from the series, and it should all provide for some fantastic SpongeBob fun for fans of the series.

Tekken 7 Has Now Sold Over 10 Million Copies

Tekken 8 may have officially been announced a couple of months back, but Tekken 7 is nonetheless still going strong, and Bandai Namco has now revealed that it has officially sold over 10 million units globally.

Tekken 7, initially released on PS4, Xbox One, and PC in 2017, recently received a 5.10 patch, complete with a new streaming mode, new customisation items, and also some enhancements to the character selection.

As of yet there is no official release date for Tekken 8, but Tekken 7 continues to keep improving, and five years on from its original launch; Bandai Namco is still putting plenty of time and effort into keeping the game fresh and interesting.

New Spider-Man: Across the SpiderVerse Trailer Revealed

A new trailer has now been revealed for Spider-Man: Across the SpiderVerse, providing us with a glimpse of what Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) and Gwen Stacy (Hailee Steinfeld) are up to this time as they travel the multiverse.

Spider-Man: Across the SpiderVerse is to be split into two parts, the first of which is officially set to hit cinemas in June 2023.

Planet Zoo Adds Eight New Species with Grasslands Animal Pack Expansion

A brand new expansion pack has just been released for Planet Zoo, providing access to eight unique new species in the form of he the nine-banded armadillo, maned wolf, emu, caracal, red-necked wallaby, blue wildebeest, and striped hyena.

Players will also be able to test their zoo management skills with a brand new career mode scenario set within the grasslands of Argentina, working alongside wealthy socialite Tiffany Summers and learning all about animal care and conservation.

The Planet Zoo: Grasslands Animal Pack is out now on Steam for a suggested retail price of £7.99 / $9.99 / €9.99.

Hogwarts Legacy Has Been Delayed on PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch

Upcoming Harry Potter video game Hogwarts Legacy has officially been delayed on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, with the game now due for release on April 4th 2023 for PlayStation 4/Xbox One, and July 25th for the Nintendo Switch.

There’s good news for those looking to pick the game up on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, however, as on those systems the game is still due to drop on February 10th, with 72 hour early access beginning on February 7th for those with the digital deluxe edition of the game.

Pokémon Trading Card Game Scarlet and Violet Expansion Coming in March

With Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet having both been released last month, it was only a matter of time before we saw a Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion inspired by these video games, and the Pokémon Company International has now announced that they’ll officially start rolling this one out on March 31st 2023.

There will be several card design changes for the expansion, including changing the yellow borders on Pokémon Trading Card Game cards to grey and energy cards will also be changing to make things clearer.

You can find an example of the new energy card style below, displaying an additional energy symbol in the bottom right corner which will make them easier to track during gameplay.
