New melodic rock festival Skyfest to launch in the UK

July 9, 2013 by Rich Leave a Comment

Skyfest

A new melodic rock festival is to launch this September as Skyfest gets underway in the UK. Powered by Marshall Amplification, Skyfest will take place at the Intake Club in Mansfield, a two day indoor festival which will see 21 bands take to the stage over the course of the weekend.

Skyfest will be held on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd September, and tickets are available from Sky Rocket Records at a price of £40 for a day ticket and £75 for a full weekend pass.

US rock band Teazer will be making their UK debut at Skyfest; in order to celebrate this one lucky Skyfest ticket owner, drawn at random, will win an autographed Epiphone Les Paul Jr Guitar and the opportunity to party with Teazer across the Skyfest weekend. It’s not just the lineup that provides a great incentive to attend the festival then, but also this fantastic opportunity to win an awesome prize.

Day splits for the festival are as follows:

Saturday

Pretty Maids, Redrum, Vega, I AM I, Teazer, Code Of Silence, X-Ufo, Summers, Daylight Robbery, Estrella Cornerstone, Last Breath.

Sunday

Rage Of Angels, Coldspell, Moritz, Tainted Nation, Doris Brendel, Rob Mancini, Knock Out Kaine, The Room, Hangfire.

Rich

UK based film graduate with a huge passion for music, sports and video games.
