This is the first demo from the Welsh band Indifference and already you can see that they have the potential to be a stunning band and they have only been going for 6 months! The demo kicks off with a great guitar riff and then it goes into the singing of Ian Chalmers and you can definitely hear Lost Prophets style singing, but the difference is this band are far greater and have been going for far less time! The songs on this demo have some great lyrics and also some greatly catchy tunes. The songs tend to be quite mellow but then have spurts of more hardcore sounds in them so you can see that they have a heavier side to them than what they are showing with this demo, and maybe this heaviness will come out more in the next demo. At times they sound more of an emo band than anything like in “Vision of Inner Sense” it kicks off with an emotional sounding tune that lasts roughly 30seconds before you are taken into the lyrics of the song. The final song on this demo though is completely different to the other three. It takes a rapping approach that bears the title “What Is Perfect?” It is rather short and basically has the singer asking the question in the title. It does not really fit in with the rest of the demo but maybe they are trying to say “How could we make a perfect demo when perfect cannot be obtained?”
