New Madball Album set for Release in October
Currently in the studio recording new album 'Empire', Madball has announced that the album will be hitting the stores through Good Fight Music on October 12th. Blink 182 to Enter the Studio to Record Album Number Six
Blink 182 bassist/vocalist Mark Hoppus has confirmed that Blink 182 will be entering the studio later this year in order to get to work on studio album number six. Blink 182 is playing Leeds/Reading Festival at the end of August, and after playing California's Epicenter Twenty Ten festival in September the band will then be entering the studio. Whitesnake Looking for new Bassist
Having parted company with bassist Uriah Duffy, English hair metal band Whitesnake is now looking for someone to fill the vacant position within the band. Former drummer Chris Frazier was recently replaced with Brian Tichy, Whitesnake presently remains without a bassist however and will seek to sort out a suitable replacement as soon as possible. Whitesnake is currently working on its twelfth studio album.
The Sword Supporting Ozzy Osbourne at the iTunes Music Festival
The Sword will be supporting Ozzy Osbourne at the iTunes Music Festival which is taking place at the Roundhouse in London on July 3rd. Head to the official iTunes Music Festival website to apply for tickets to the show. The band will also be performing at the Camden Barfly on July 5th (for which tickets have now sold out), and will release its third studio album 'Warp Riders' on August 23rd.
